Croydon Hall is situated just three miles from the North Somerset Coast on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The surrounding area boasts of some of the most delightful scenery in England, from the wilderness of the moors to the cosiness of traditional local fishing harbours. Certain areas of the garden date back to a much earlier time, when the land was owned by the monks of nearby Cleeve Abbey, now a ruin and National Trust site. There are woodland gardens and views of the Quantock Hills. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walks and rambles.
